neighbors and acquaintances have become vegan recently and I was talking to one
of them and she's became vegan I think four months ago and I said so you must
be feeling like so good if you've eliminated all that meat from your diet I
mean how long was it before you just felt like so much energy and so good and
she's like wow I don't really feel that much different she said I guess you
know I feel like I'm doing better things for a body because I'm not having the
meat or whatever and that was so high opening
